“Courage”

Every profound change begins with a single step. This work is based on the Gospel story of a woman who, despite years of suffering, societal condemnation, and her own doubts, decided to touch the hem of Christ’s garment. For me, this is not a story about a miracle. It is a story about a person who stops living within their own limitations About the moment when an inner resolve proves stronger than fear. When a single step becomes the beginning of a new life. I do not illustrate biblical stories. I explore timeless meanings through the language of contemporary art. “Courage” is the space between fear and that first step.
